Authorized contacts can contact our Help Desk, via email support@netfusion.com or by phone
323-650-8107/Option 2. We will be able to securely interface with any computer in your office
via the web and resolve most issues — without having to take extra time to come to your office.

Please note that the Help Desk is available M-F from 8:30am to 5:00pm/Pacific Standard time.
If you submit a Help Desk Service Request after hours, you will receive a call back the next business
day. 24/7 support is also available for an additional fee.


EMERGENCY SUPPORT SERVICES

Emergency Support is offered to all NetCare support clients with current contracts.
Netfusion will provide authorized contacts with emergency support instructions.
